With Sabco’s Selective Sankey, easy access is a snap. The valve can be safely removed without special tooling. A full four-inch opening provides a perfect inspection and cleanout port. Dry hop, add ingredients, mix chemicals, and fill or empty quickly and easily. Safety has been built into this unit so that pressure release accidents cannot occur. A brass pressure release devise has also been installed so that the user can evacuate internal pressure, even if the tapping coupler is not within easy reach.
Once the valve is extracted, both keg and valve can be cleaned with ease.
Sabco uses a brand new 15.5 gal. heavy-duty style keg, then makes all modifications using brewer preferred sanitary welding techniques.
Maximum suggested working pressure is 30 psi. This vessel is designed for beverages only. Chemicals not fit for human consumption could damage the gaskets.
